Why settle when you can switch

Following the recent Reserve Bank announcement to decrease the official cash rate, ING DIRECT will pass on a 0.25% p.a. rate cut to our variable rate residential and commercial loan customers. The new rate is effective from Friday 20 May 2016.

Three-year fixed rate now 3.98% p.a. (when combined with an Orange Advantage loan)

Have you seen our three-year fixed interest rate (including the 0.10% p.a. discount) for owner occupiers with an Orange Advantage, which has been reduced to 3.98% p.a. (comparison rate 4.66% p.a.)? The fixed interest rate discount of 0.10% p.a. applies to new ING DIRECT customers and also applies to existing owner-occupier Orange Advantage customers who apply to switch/split/increase a portion of their existing Orange Advantage home loan to a Fixed Rate Loan.
