Apply Online (LIXI) Upgrades
Following a major project being rolled out by ING DIRECT, brokers now have the ability to submit loan variations online by logging in to the secure section of this website through the 'login' button located above right.
In addition to this major enhancement, there have been improvements made to the new business online submission pages. Brokers also have much more information available on their existing customers.
The following helpcards have been developed to help brokers navigate these changes:

Register with ING DIRECT Panel Solicitors
Through Gadens' and

Brokers will receive updates with information regarding the settlement of
their customers' loans, including:
- Paralegal handling the file and contact details
- Confirmation that instructions have been received
- Notification that documents have been sent and further document
tracking
- Confirmation that settlement has been booked, certified for and
taken place
In addition, once registered with our panel solicitors ING DIRECT
accredited brokers will have the ability to view their customers' Letters Of
Offer online (see below).

Viewing of Letters Of Offer
ING DIRECT accredited brokers now have the ability to view and review their customers' Letters Of Offer from our solicitors' websites.
The following documents have been provided from our solicitor partners with instructions on how to access the Letters Of Offer from their websites:
The service will be available to accredited brokers as follows:
- The relevant solicitor will send an email directly to the broker
once the Letter Of Offer has been prepared and dispatched
- Brokers can log into the relevant solicitors website and view the
Letter Of Offer
